Have just received back from insurance and they sent me a brand new one. Great buy, especially with Christmas around the corner. Comes with all the parts, USB, adapters etc. Unfortunately there is no charger however, USB lead charges the phone through computer, or can be put into a USB adapter plug (like an iPhone).
