Brand new and sealed i phone 4 8gb in black. 28 day warranty from 09/07/2012 (i would have to return it to the shop where they would provide a brand new phone if there are any faults) 1 year warranty from today with apple where they would repair. unwanted upgrade. . Call if interested 07949571559. may be a good idea if you buy to open in my presence but happy if you want to take away sealed, Just got this from the shop today so it is brand brand new and unopened.
