My phone was exchanged by blackberry when sent for repair. Officially i guess it would be classed as manufacturer refurbished but it looks like a spanking brand new phone with plastic still on. Switched it on to ensure all works but has not been used at all. Have box with charger, headphones (which have never been used), software disc, instructions and leather case. Original was only 12 months old so still has a years manufacturer warranty provided its kept on The T-mobile network.
